At Averra, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for every customer.
We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an return/exchange:
- You must provide a clear unboxing video as proof
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required
Important:
Please do not accept any package that appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery. Averra will not be responsible for damages reported after acceptance of such shipments.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new item for free in exchange for the faulty item.
Refunds
