Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Tracking Details: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email for your reference.
In accordance with applicable Indian regulations, we deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays, through reputed courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery Responsibility: Averra shall not be held responsible if the shipment is received by a person other than the intended recipient at the delivery address provided.

Damaged or Missing Items:
Any claims regarding damaged or missing items must be reported to our customer support team on the same day of delivery. - An unboxing video is mandatory to process such claims.

Failure to provide the required proof within the specified time may result in the claim not being accepted.
